Rihapet pas 13 vitesh, Qendra Botërore e Tregtisë në Nju Jork. 104 katëshi që dominon pamjen e Nju Jorkut, konsiderohet si ndërtesa më e lartë në Amerikën Veriore.

world-trade-center2Ajo ka pritur sot 175 punonjësit e parë të kompanisë publicitare Conde Nast, i pari biznes që zhvendoset në këtë ndërtesë.

Kjo kompani ka prenotuar 5 kate, ku do të ushtrojnë aktivitetin e tyre rreth 3400 punonjës.

E rezervuar, deri më tani është 55% e ndërtesës. Vend në këtë ndërtesë do të kenë revistat e famshme “Vogue” dhe “Vanity Fair”.

Kulla e re zë një pjesë të sipërfaqes, ku dikur ngriheshin kullat binjake, të rrëzuara nga sulmet terroriste të 11 shtatorit 2001. Sulmi i mori jetën rreth 2700 personave.

Qendra e re Botërore e Tregtisë ndodhet në krah të memorialit dhe muzeut të ngritur brenda territorit të dikurshëm të Qendrës Botërore të Tregtisë.
