Cyclone Heads for North Macedonia: Over 30 Liters of Rain per Square Meter Locally

Under the influence of cyclonic activity, Saturday in North Macedonia will be cloudy and colder. Temporary rainfall will continue overnight and into Saturday morning, Makfax reported today.

Locally the rain will be heavier — more than 30 liters per square meter are expected. In Skopje, temporary rain is expected Saturday afternoon and evening, while in parts of the Skopje field the rain will be of medium to occasionally increased intensity.

Minimum temperatures will range from 4 to 13 degrees Celsius, while maximums will reach 15 to 23 degrees.

After the main cyclonic wave passes, Sunday and the start of next week will bring variable cloudiness and sunny spells. Sunday’s daytime temperatures will rise noticeably, climbing from 18 to 27 degrees Celsius.
