“Inter Alia” Starring Rosamund Pike Heads to Broadway: “Prima Facie” Duo’s Play Opens December 1 at the Music Box Theatre

Broadway welcomes this fall one of the year’s most anticipated transfers: “Inter Alia,” the new play by playwright Suzie Miller, which after its triumph at London’s National Theatre and a sold-out West End transfer arrives at New York’s Music Box Theatre. Previews begin November 10, with the official opening on December 1, 2026.

Starring is Rosamund Pike (Golden Globe, Emmy and Olivier Award winner), who makes her Broadway debut as Jessica Parks — a driven judge of the London Crown Court, skilled, dedicated and determined to change a system she knows is not always fair. But her career exists “inter alia” (“among other things”), as she balances motherhood, friendship and the elusive notion of “having it all.” When an unimaginable event rocks her meticulously ordered life, can she keep her family together — or will everything crumble?

Alongside Pike on stage will be her co-stars from the West End production: Jamie Glover (as Michael Wheatley) and Cormac McAlinden (as Harry Wheatley), who also make their Broadway debuts. Direction is by BAFTA winner Justin Martin — the creative duo behind the global hit “Prima Facie,” which moved from the West End to Broadway and was broadcast worldwide via National Theatre Live.

“Inter Alia” premiered at London’s National Theatre in 2025, where it became a box-office hit, followed by a sold-out West End transfer earlier this year. To date, around 600,000 people worldwide have seen the production — on stage, in cinemas through National Theatre Live, or on the National Theatre at Home platform. Pike herself won this year’s Olivier Award and the Theatre Critics’ Award for Best Actress for the role of Jessica Parks.

The production’s marquee is already in place on the Music Box Theatre’s facade, marking “Inter Alia”‘s official entry into this fall season’s Broadway landscape.
