Bedri Hamza joins Pristina protest with his family
The leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Bedri Hamza, took part together with his family in the “Not in My Name” protest being held at Skënderbeu Square in Pristina.
Hamza announced through a Facebook post that he had joined the protest for the 13th night in a row, saying he had stood with citizens in support of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
“Together with my family, at Skënderbeu Square in Pristina, on the 13th night, alongside the extraordinary citizens of this country, united around our greatest value: the KLA,” Hamza wrote.
He ended the post with the message: “Freedom for the liberators! Not in my name!”
The “Not in My Name” protests were organized after the Kosovo Specialist Chambers’ verdict against the former KLA leaders in The Hague.
