Smith: Trial Panel found that Veseli took part in and encouraged the commission of crimes

Trial Panel President Charles Smith stressed that, regarding Kadri Veseli, he made a significant contribution to the implementation of the common purpose.

Charles stressed that the Trial Panel found that Veseli, as former head of the Intelligence Directorate, bore primary responsibility for identifying, gathering information on, surveilling and neutralizing persons suspected of being collaborators.

It was further said that Veseli was a key member in implementing the common purpose and that he took part in and encouraged the commission of crimes. (via Telegrafi)
