Brawl involving 15 people in Athens, 40-year-old injured; Albanian and two others arrested

A violent brawl involving around 15 people was recorded on Saturday in Athens. It is reported that after the incident police managed to arrest 3 people, among them an Albanian.

According to Greek police, the incident happened around 21:00 at the intersection of Lefkados and Evelpidon streets. During the brawl, a 40-year-old Indian man was wounded with a sharp object in the stomach and thigh, and was taken to hospital.

Two Greeks, aged 26 and 30, and a 36-year-old Albanian were arrested in connection with the case, and charges of dangerous bodily injury committed in collaboration were brought against them. Authorities are working to clarify the incident and catch the other people involved in the brawl.
