Composer Adrian Hila’s intimate videos: first complaint filed at the police station, the singer from Kosovo names names

As intimate material filmed in Adrian Hila’s bedroom by a security camera continues to circulate online, the first complaint has reached the police from one of the girls with whom the composer was intimate.

The singer from Kosovo, with the initials E. A., after stating everything she knew about the circumstances of the event, has denounced the person who distributed the videos, excluding the composer, since, according to her, he is not the person who released the videos.

The singer has held responsible one of the first people who released the videos on portals and has mentioned him by name as part of the videos, as TCH reports.

In connection with this situation, the police have taken four statements, among them those of three singers, E.F., B. M. and E.A., and of the composer himself, who claims that the footage from his security cameras in private premises was hacked.

He is being investigated at liberty for the criminal offence of “unjust interference in private life”, which, according to the Criminal Code, constitutes a criminal misdemeanour and is punishable by a fine or by imprisonment of up to two years.

The police have also contacted a young singer who emerged from a children’s talent show, with the initials G.H., who also appears in intimate moments with the composer. The young man has stated that the relationship was consensual and began when he was of adult age.

For this event, Tirana’s police have referred the materials to the prosecution for four criminal offences: “Illegal interception of computer data”, “Interference with computer data”, “Misuse of equipment” and unjust interference in private life.
