Day 121 of the protest in Tirana: march from Skënderbej Square to the Prime Minister’s Office and speeches against the government

Protesters gathered again this Monday (September 28) in Tirana, marking the 121st day of their continuous rally against the government’s policies.

The protesters continued their ritual march along “Dëshmorët e Kombit” boulevard, opposing the tourism project in the Zvërnec area, policies on protected areas and strategic investments.

They marched along the main boulevard to stop in front of the Prime Minister’s Office building, where they continued the rally with successive speeches by activists, demanding the government’s resignation.

The “Flamingo Revolution” began as a movement against the construction of a tourist resort in Zvërnec, but has now turned into a political protest.
