Giannis posts video from first Miami Heat workouts after the trade

Giannis Antetokounmpo posted a video showing behind-the-scenes footage from his first days with the Miami Heat, ahead of the team’s media day and the start of training camp.

As Bleacher Report notes, the material focused mostly on his workouts, training routines and interactions with the team’s coaching staff.

Antetokounmpo, 31, joined the Heat this transfer window after 13 seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks. He will play alongside Bam Adebayo, as Miami aims to return to title contention after three straight seasons without winning a playoff series.

The video offers a glimpse into the preparations and raises fans’ expectations for the new season, according to Bleacher Report.
