Haradinaj: Even if I could go back in time, I would not vote for the Specialist Court

Alliance MP Ramush Haradinaj has declared that even if he were given the opportunity to return to the time when the establishment of the Specialist Court was voted on, he still would not vote for it.

Speaking on the show “Adresa”, Haradinaj said that even today he would ask MPs not to vote for such a court.

“Even if I went back in time again, I would again ask everyone not to vote for such a court, because a court of one ethnicity that does not prosecute the perpetrators of the crimes that happened in the war, but prosecutes only Albanians, was somewhat illogical,” Haradinaj declared.

According to him, the way responsibility for war crimes has been handled was the main reason he opposed the establishment of this court.
