Lifeless body found in Prizren apartment; police launch death investigation

A man was found dead in his apartment in Prizren, as announced by Kosovo Police in its report, carried by KosovaPress. Police have classified the case as a “death investigation.”

According to the official announcement, quoted by KosovaPress on Monday, the deceased’s lifeless body was sent by the prosecutor’s decision to the Institute of Forensic Medicine, where an autopsy will be performed. Police have given no further details on the circumstances of his death.

In a separate case, also reported by KosovaPress, a man in Peja notified police on September 28 that his daughter had left home and never returned. Kosovo Police said the case is being investigated.

As investigations into both cases continue, police have given no additional information, including on the Peja case.
