“Not in My Name” protest enters its 15th night: tonight at 9:00 p.m. in Skënderbeu Square

The “Not in My Name!” initiative will hold its 15th protest tonight at 9:00 p.m. against the Specialist Chambers verdict on the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army, as Klan Kosova reports.

The protest is expected to take place in Skënderbeu Square in Pristina, where participants will voice their opposition to the Specialist Chambers’ decision.

According to Klan Kosova, the organizers have called for mass participation, describing the gathering as a reaction to the verdict and an act of support for the former KLA leaders. The protests have continued every night in Pristina since the Specialist Chambers announced its verdict on September 16.

The verdict of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers sentenced Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi to a combined 81 years in prison for war crimes.
