Salih Mustafa sends a message from The Hague to protesters: You have turned into fighters for justice

Protest organiser Çlirim Haziri read out to protesters a message from former Kosovo Liberation Army member Salih Mustafa, convicted by the Specialist Court in The Hague.

Before reading the message, Haziri addressed those present with the words: “A greeting from our Cali.”

In his message, Mustafa thanked the citizens taking part in the protest, describing them as defenders of history, of the Kosovo Liberation Army, of freedom and of democracy.

“Yesterday we were KLA fighters for freedom, unity and democracy. And today you are the guardian angels of history, of the KLA, of freedom and of democracy. And you have turned into fighters for justice,” Salih Mustafa’s message said.

Haziri also called on Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the Government of Kosovo to forward to the Assembly the draft law on amending and supplementing the Law on the Specialist Chambers.
