Terrifying fall injures Steven Borden in tag match at AEW All Out

During Saturday night’s All Out event, Steven Borden suffered a legitimate injury in a tag match for the number-one contendership, when he and Kevin Knight collided after a double corner dropkick near the ramp. After the contact, Borden looked unsteady; the referee checked on him while an AEW official entered the ring and the match was stopped.

As Bleacher Report reports, the match was Steven Borden and Darby Allin against Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight, and AEW commentator Tony Schiavone later gave a positive update on Borden’s condition.

Borden, the son of wrestling legend Sting, is rising fast through the professional ranks. He began training with Darby Allin in May 2024 and started working dark matches for AEW and Ring of Honor in December 2025. Borden made his official television debut in August.

According to Bleacher Report, the incident raised concern about his comfort in the ring, and for now officials and the team remain assessing the situation while fans awaited further information on the fighter’s condition.
