7,000 families to benefit from soft loans and low rents; applications open in November

The calls for the national soft-loan program, from which 4,000 families benefit, and subsidized rents for 3,000 beneficiaries, are expected to open in the month of November.

For the Minister of Economy and Innovation, Delina Ibrahimaj, this program needs a new law that will pave the way for applications.

Ibrahimaj also announced the launch of the online platform that will display the prices of around 160 food products, as a reference for the market and for citizens.

At the press conference where she presented INSTAT data on the country’s economic growth, the minister singled out the growth of foreign investment this year at an annual rate of over 50 percent, with more than half of it going into the real-estate market.
