The Albania U-21 national team has begun its training camp in Tirana ahead of the friendly against Ukraine, which will be played on October 5 at the Szentmarjay Tibor Városi Stadion in Eger, Hungary, at 15:30.
Yesterday afternoon the team held its first training session at the “Football House” facilities, under the orders of coach Alban Bushi and his technical staff.
The FSHF Communication Department announced that, due to injury, Elton Fikaj will not be available to the U-21 national team for this match. As a result, Endrit Asani, who was part of the U-19 national team, will join the U-21 squad.
U-19 national team coach Fatjon Tafaj has decided to call up Bylis player Petro Marku. Goalkeeper Simon Simoni has also joined the U-21 national team. The U-21 team will continue preparations in Tirana, before traveling to Hungary on October 3 for the friendly against Ukraine U-21.
