Approval of President Trump’s job among his own voters at its lowest point

RASMUSSEN REPORTS conducts a daily poll with a representative sample of Americans who voted in the last presidential election. The same 1,500 respondents are asked every day whether they approve of President Trump’s job.

Friday’s poll found that only 23% of those who took part in the last presidential election strongly approve of the job done so far by President Trump. Meanwhile, twice as many strongly disapprove of his job (see the table below).

In the RASMUSSEN REPORTS daily poll, Friday’s figures constitute a nadir of President Trump’s job approval curve. Over 49% of Americans who took part in the last presidential election voted for him. Now only 23% strongly approve of his job…
