Car engulfed in flames while driving in Librazhd; couple inside escapes unharmed

A vehicle was engulfed in flames while in motion on the Ura e Çerenecit–Librazhd road axis. At the moment of the incident, a man and a woman were inside the vehicle; they managed to get out in time and escaped without injuries.

The vehicle was completely burned out, while verifications are underway to determine the cause of the fire. So far, the circumstances that caused the vehicle to catch fire are unknown. Investigations and actions at the scene are expected to clarify whether the fire resulted from a technical defect or some other cause. Fortunately, the incident caused no victims or injuries.

Police announcement: “A vehicle was engulfed in flames while in motion on the Ura e Çerenecit–Librazhd road axis. According to preliminary data, at the moment the vehicle caught fire, a man and a woman were inside. They managed to get out of the vehicle in time, fortunately escaping without injuries. The fire spread rapidly and engulfed the entire vehicle, which was completely burned out. Relevant services intervened at the scene, while verifications are underway to determine the cause of the fire.”
