Fire at the Former Porcelain Factory in Zaječar — Firefighters Working to Contain the Flames
A major fire broke out on Monday evening, around 10:00 PM, at the former porcelain factory in Zaječar, known as the “Keramika” plant. It is the former Yugoslav porcelain giant, which no longer produces and stands abandoned.
Fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene immediately and are working intensively to contain the flames.
The exact cause of the fire is currently unknown. More information on the causes and material damage will be made public after the operation concludes.
