“The investigation showed that the premises were owned by citizen T. B., who, in cooperation with the above-mentioned citizens, administered it with the aim of carrying out this illegal activity.

At the end of the first investigative actions, citizens E. Xh., 40, G. N., 42, E. D., 32, and E. H., 31, were arrested. Citizen T. B., 45, was declared wanted, while citizen E. A., 23, was prosecuted at liberty,” the police announce.

It was the Economic Crime unit that uncovered the call center base, inside which the notebooks with the names of the defrauded clients were also found and seized. Klan News journalist Besar Bajraktaraj reports that not only with fictitious stock exchanges, but the arrested persons would call the defrauded clients again, presenting themselves as lawyers. At that point they defrauded them again, taking from 5,000 to 10,000 euros from them.
