German Cultural Week brings German art, music and traditions to Tirana

Electronic music, contemporary art, exhibitions, traditions and German gastronomy will become part of Tirana’s cultural life during the five days of German Cultural Week 2026.

The activities will take place from October 2 to 6, bringing a varied programme for the Albanian public and creating spaces for getting to know and experiencing German culture in the capital.

The Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, Blendi Gonxhja, through a post on social networks, announced the holding of German Cultural Week and invited the public to follow the programme of activities.

“Follow us to discover the programme and to become part of the activities!” Gonxhja writes.

German Cultural Week will bring to Tirana a blend of music, contemporary art, exhibitions, traditions and the flavours of German gastronomy, in a programme that will extend over five days.
