Juventus posts a €66 million loss for 2026; the capital increase totals €250 million
Juventus’s Board of Directors has approved the financial statements for the latest half-year period, which closed with a loss of €66 million (in line with forecasts and with last year’s loss of €58.1 million).
In addition, shareholders will be proposed a capital increase (in one or more tranches) totalling €250 million. This, according to a statement, “will support the strengthening of the club’s capital structure and sporting competitiveness, possible improvements to strategic real-estate assets (mainly the Allianz Stadium), the improvement of the brand and economic and financial sustainability”.
This is the club’s fifth capital increase since 2019, totalling €1.2 billion. The Board of Directors also approved updated forecasts for the coming financial years (2026-2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029) which, largely because of this year’s failure to take part in the Champions League, foresee a “still negative” result for 2026/2027 and a progressive improvement over the following two years.
