Klestor Veseli Says He Has Received No Meeting Invitation From Haxhiu

Klestor Veseli, the son of Kadri Veseli, took part again on Tuesday evening in the protest in support of the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

During the protest, he was asked by media whether he had received any invitation from the Kosovo Presidency for a meeting, following reports that the families of the former KLA leaders could be invited for a meeting after the verdict of the Special Court.

Veseli briefly denied having received any such invitation.

“Not me personally,” he declared before the media.

Reports of a possible meeting with the families of the former KLA leaders came after the first-instance verdict against Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.

Klestor Veseli has also been present at the protests of recent days, organized in opposition to the verdict of the Specialist Chambers in The Hague.
