Lushtaku: I See a Government With No Words and No Actions; I Expect Decisions From It
Skenderaj mayor and former KLA commander Sami Lushtaku said he expects the Kosovo Government to take action following the Special Court’s verdict in The Hague against the KLA quartet, though he expressed pessimism.
Lushtaku told Klan Kosova he sees a government “with no words” and “with no actions”. “These men who are there are not there for themselves or for their families, but for all of Kosovo. I think the Government must speak, must take decisions. I and the citizens of this country want to see concrete decisions from the Kosovo Government,” Lushtaku said.
He expressed hope that the institutions will take the necessary steps: “I hope the Government and the Parliament of Kosovo will take decisions.”
