Nations League / Sherri: A sleepy match because of the opponent, with Finland as the final
Alen Sherri was one of the players who shone in Serravalle last night. For the goalkeeper it was a perfect match, as he did not concede a goal in a game in which he was the protagonist with a decisive save in the 58th minute.
“I am pleased with the result we achieved, even though the play was somewhat sleepy. At this point I think the opponent also had a big influence,” the 28-year-old said.
Asked about the next match, Sherri considers the trip to Finland to be of the utmost importance. “I think it is a rather delicate meeting, since it will be played between two teams that are playing for the top of the group,” Sherri said. A.V.
