Nikoloski: Over 250 million denars being invested in Radovish — support for municipalities continues

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski announced today during a visit to the municipality of Radovish that over 250 million denars are being invested in Radovish to improve infrastructure and develop the municipality, as Makfax reports.

“In just one investment cycle, just through the Ministry of Transport, we are investing around 250 million denars in various projects — a serious amount that has not previously been seen as investment in the municipality,” Nikoloski said. He explained that the sum includes direct projects through the Ministry of Transport, through the “Makedonija Pat” enterprise or through government programs, and that support will continue in the period ahead.

The government is open to cooperation: if the municipality has ready projects, it is ready to support them. In Radovish, the “Ilija Aleksov” street project was developed in urban block 15.

Nikoloski stressed that the government continuously enables support for municipalities in infrastructure projects, that the second call is already active with applications coming from municipalities, and that the Ministry of Transport has funds available that can be used if municipalities have ready projects.
