Official Lineups! Albania Begin Nations League Campaign, Maran Seeks First Win Against Belarus
The Albanian national team open a new chapter in the Nations League tonight, facing Belarus at the “Air Albania” stadium.
The red-and-blacks come into this challenge after five consecutive defeats, and have yet to score under new coach Rolando Maran. The Italian, who took over the national team in May after Sylvinho’s departure, will experience his first official match on the red-and-black bench tonight.
Across from Albania will be Belarus, a team arriving in Tirana in a positive moment. Viktor Goncharenko’s men are six matches unbeaten, with three wins and three draws.
Minutes before the match, the official lineups of both national teams were revealed. Albania–Belarus will be broadcast on Tv Klan.
