Protest Outside Parliament: Police Cordon Off Area and Set Up Metal Barriers (VIDEO)

Minutes before the start of the plenary session in Parliament, police cordoned off the area and stepped up security measures. The measures were taken after citizens announced a protest outside Parliament’s premises while MPs hold the next plenary session.

Police placed metal barriers on the roads leading to Parliament, to prevent protesters from approaching the Parliament’s perimeter and to avoid any escalation near the Parliament premises.
