“She had lied to me” / Hysni Patushi recounts to investigators the conflict with his wife and the moment of the killing

68-year-old Hysni Patushi has been questioned by the investigative team and stated that they had conflicts from time to time, because, according to him, his wife Lumturie Patushi was staying at their daughter’s house and not in their apartment in “Don Bosko”.

He told investigators that he asked his wife to come to their home, but she refused. This morning, he called her on the phone and, according to him, the wife told him she was at TEG.

The 68-year-old went and found her at the daughter’s house and, according to him, she had lied to him.

“In the heat of the argument I stabbed her in the heart,” he is quoted as having testified to the police.
