Tabaku: Albania does not suffer from a “republic of prosecutors”, but from the powerful corrupt

Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku has responded, in a post on the social network X, to the video message Prime Minister Edi Rama published from Rinas.

Tabaku says the country’s real concern is the unchecked concentration of power and wealth in the hands of corrupt officials.

“Albania does not suffer from a ‘republic of prosecutors’; it suffers from a republic of the corrupt who have amassed so much power, wealth and arrogance that they believe the law is only for others and that justice should stop at their door,” wrote Jorida Tabaku, a Democratic Party MP, on the social network X.
