The SHISH file/ Basha: Vlora Hyseni was under pressure! Former prosecutor Karanxha: The lives of collaborators are at risk

On the “Real Story” show on ABC News, security expert Faik Basha and former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha commented on the SHISH file and the house arrest measure against the institution’s former head, Vlora Hyseni.

Basha emphasized the importance of SHISH and the need for the head of the institution not to fall prey to pressure, while he also spoke about the consequences the case may have on the institution.

For his part, Karanxha underlined the need for care during the investigation, especially for the protection of the private life of persons not connected to the criminal offense and the safety of collaborators.

Faik Basha said:

“The head of SHISH must not fall prey to pressure. Vlora Hyseni was under pressure. We must know that SHISH is very important. In the last two years we have seen many criminal groups, from Albania to Latin America, being hit; to take it upon yourself that you were part of SHISH and cooperated is a great cost. The system takes a hit. But the most negative advertising has been made by various political subjects, who directed the fight toward the institutions.”

Former prosecutor Ervin Karanxha stated:

“The materials that have come out will be the object of investigation. There must be great care for the private life of some persons who have no connection at all to the investigation and no connection to the criminal offense. The lives of collaborators are at risk.”
