“Tomorrow at Parliament” – Day 109 of the protest: Hague verdict condemned as “an injustice based on testimony”
The protest has entered its 109th day.
As on every other day, the gathering began at ‘Skënderbej’ Square, then marched to ‘Dëshmorët e Kombit’ Boulevard, where speeches are being held in front of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Organizers announced that tomorrow, as the plenary session takes place, they will protest in front of Parliament.
“We will all be at Parliament on Thursday at 10:00,” said one of the protesters.
Meanwhile, the protesters also addressed the Hague sentences for the former KLA leaders, calling the verdict an injustice.
“In The Hague, heavy sentences were handed down to four former KLA members. We are not talking about justice, but injustice. We are talking about a court that has nothing in common with other courts. They were based on false testimony. We are clear: this is not justice, but theater. The accused did not have proper defense. This is not justice, but organized injustice,” said one of the protesters.
