Two former Fier cadastre directors remain in prison, another moved to house arrest: court decisions disclosed

The court has ordered the continuation of the “prison arrest” security measure for Ertis Shehu, Pirro Çela and Bardh Kapaj, while for Kastriot Hasko it replaced the measure with “house arrest.”

Among those remaining under “prison arrest” are the two former directors of the Fier Cadastre, Ertis Shehu and Bardh Kapaj.

The lawyer and businessman Kastriot Hasko has also been named in the case, with the court’s decision determining the continuation or modification of the security measures for the persons under investigation.

The decision relates to the investigation under the relevant proceedings; the persons against whom the security measures were imposed enjoy the presumption of innocence until a final court ruling.
