Ukraine hits Russian drone warehouse, command post and logistics bases in occupied territories
Ukrainian forces hit a Russian drone warehouse, an observation-command post, a repair base and several logistics facilities in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk and in Crimea on September 29 and during the night leading to September 30, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced, cited by United24 Media.
In Hranitne in the Donetsk region, Ukrainian forces hit a warehouse used to store Russian drones. In temporarily occupied Lysychansk, in the Luhansk region, Ukrainian troops targeted an observation-command post of a Russian unit, while a Russian repair base was hit in Starobilsk, also in the Luhansk region.
Other strikes hit logistics and materiel warehouses in Azovske, Manhush, Novoandriivka and Volnovakha in the Donetsk region, as well as in Kumove in temporarily occupied Crimea.
‘Work against key military targets of the Russian occupiers continues,’ the General Staff said, adding that the results of the strikes are being clarified.
The strikes come after another wave of Ukrainian attacks on Russian military infrastructure in the occupied territories: Ukrainian forces earlier hit the Russian 39N6 Kasta radar station in Manhush, while Russian drone command posts were targeted in Kyrnosove and Novoaidar in the Luhansk region, United24 Media reports.
