Von der Leyen received with a state ceremony by Prime Minister Rama, focus on the path towards the European Union

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, has arrived in Tirana, marking the first stop of her official tour of the Western Balkans. She was received with a state ceremony on “Dëshmorët e Kombit” boulevard by Prime Minister Edi Rama, accompanied by the band and the guard of honour. This event marks the sixth visit of the President of the European Commission to this region.
