Weather in Skopje today: jacket in the morning, short sleeves by afternoon — highs reach 24 degrees

SKOPJE – Anyone heading out early in the morning should take a jacket along: Sunday in Skopje starts off chilly, with temperatures around 10 degrees Celsius, according to Macedonian media reports on today’s forecast.

But the thermometer climbs quickly during the day, reaching up to 24 degrees in the afternoon – so anyone staying out late would do well to have a short-sleeved shirt ready. The evening, however, turns chilly again, with a noticeable drop in temperatures after sunset.

Across North Macedonia, as the meteorological service cited by local media reports, changeable weather is expected, with clouds and sunny spells, while temperatures will range from 6 to 23 degrees.

This shift comes after days of rain – on Friday there was heavy rainfall in several parts of the country. Temperatures are now rising again, but according to forecasts this warm-up will not last long: a new cold snap is expected in the coming days.
