AIM poll: When was SHISH/SHIK more problematic?
By Eduard Zaloshnja — A few days ago I conducted an electronic survey with adult residents on behalf of the information company AIM. The survey sample included 1,350 completely random respondents from across the country. The sample was statistically calibrated to represent the country’s adult population as closely as possible from a demographic, geographic, educational and political standpoint. The maximum statistical margin of error was plus/minus 2.6%.
The key question was: “When was SHISH/SHIK more problematic?” The survey found that almost two-thirds of respondents thought SHISH/SHIK was more problematic during the periods when the Democratic Party was in power. Only 28.9% thought SHISH/SHIK was more problematic during the periods when the Socialist Party was in power (6% were undecided).

Among those who think SHISH/SHIK was more problematic during the periods when the DP was in power, the majority were Socialist voters, but there are also many others who are non-voters or voters of small parties. On the other hand, those who think the opposite are almost all DP-ASHM voters.
