Albanian Cup 2026/27 kicks off on October 6, first-round pairings determined

The Albanian Cup for the 2026/27 season kicks off on October 6 with the first-round matches, the round of 1/32, as the Competitions Department at the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) has determined the pairings and the dates of the fixtures.

The first three matches of the 1/32 round will be played on October 6 at 13:30, while the other 13 fixtures will take place on October 7, also at 13:30.

Taking part in this round are the two teams ranked 9th and 10th in the “Abissnet Superiore” for the 2025/26 season, the 12 teams of last season’s First Category, the 16 best teams of the Second Category, groups A and B, as well as the two teams qualified from the preliminary round.

The 1/32 round pairings are:

After the first round is completed, the competition will continue with the next stages of the Albanian Cup, on the road to the 2026/27 season trophy.

The teams ranked from first to eighth place in the “Abissnet Superiore” for the 2025-2026 season will start the competition from the 1/8 stage.

Free draws will be held to determine the quarter-final and semi-final pairings, while the matches will be played over two legs, home and away.
