Anti-drug operation in Pristina and Lipjan, over 160 grams of cocaine seized

Kosovo Police carried out on September 25, 2026 a codenamed operation “Grupi” against narcotics trafficking in Pristina and Lipjan, during which over 160 grams of cocaine were seized, as Klan Kosova reports.

The action was carried out by investigators of the Directorate for the Investigation of Narcotics Trafficking (DHTN) of the Pristina region, who conducted checks at several locations in both cities.

During the operation, police seized, besides the narcotic substance, cash, scales, equipment for packaging narcotic substances, as well as mobile phones suspected of being used for drug distribution.

By decision of the prosecutor, three persons were placed in 48-hour detention on suspicion of involvement in narcotics trafficking. Authorities have announced that investigations into the case are continuing.
