ARTnews announces nominees for third annual ARTnews Awards

The prestigious ARTnews magazine announced on Monday the nominees for the third edition of the ARTnews Awards, the annual prizes honoring excellence in art at American institutions and galleries, as USA Art News reports.

The awards, launched for the first time in 2024, will be presented in six categories: Emerging Artist of the Year, Established Artist of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, Historical Artist of the Year, Best Thematic Museum Exhibition and Best Gallery Group Show.
