Çupi: SPAK is trying to seize power; the prosecutor who hit Hyseni must be arrested
Analyst Frrok Çupi says justice in the country is in conflict with the constitutional order, as SPAK imposed house arrest on SHISH chief Vlora Hyseni, who was dismissed by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In an interview for “Newsline” on ABC News, Çupi said SPAK is trying to seize power unlawfully.
According to the analyst, SPAK accuses Hyseni of supporting the perpetrator of a crime, but so far, there is no perpetrator of a crime.
“This war being waged now in Tirana is the reflex of a wider war. In our war, justice is also engaged. SPAK is in conflict with the constitutional order. An institution that can seize power unconstitutionally. The fact that SPAK attacks the intelligence chief in a banal way is not sustainable. SHISH is a soldier of the state. SPAK has returned to the Middle Ages. It is an ugly thing. It has no legal aspect. Practically, with the very first element it broke the law. It says she supported a crime perpetrator; there is no crime perpetrator. SPAK is in violation of the law. That prosecutor must be arrested immediately, his path must be cut off,” he stressed.
