Details: the victim was taking milk to sell — how the accident in Korçë happened

Refat Agolli, the 60-year-old from Bulgarec, today, as every morning, was taking the milk from his village towards the city of Korçë by bicycle.

Today was the last time for him, as a vehicle driven by the police officer with initials D.M. hit him fatally.

The police officer is currently in serious health condition at the regional hospital of Korçë.

There are dozens of residents of the villages of Bulgarec, Çiflig and Lumalas who use the national road axis to take what little milk they produce towards the city of Korçë to sell it and earn a little income, while there have been not a few accidents in which they have been involved.
