DP seeks agenda change in parliament following SPAK measure against Vlora Hyseni

The Democratic Party has requested a change to parliament’s agenda following the latest developments regarding the arrest of former SHISH director Vlora Hyseni.

In a request addressed to the Assembly speaker, the opposition asks that the interpellations with ministers Sofjan Jaupaj and Mirela Kumbaro be removed from the agenda.

In their place, the DP is demanding a debate with Prime Minister Edi Rama on the situation in the State Intelligence Service and the developments following the house-arrest measure against the institution’s former director.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Edi Rama is not in Albania. He is in the United States of America, where he is attending the United Nations General Assembly.
