Everything changes for the capital derby: FSHF reschedules Partizani–Tirana – here is when it will be played
The Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) has formalised changes to the sixth week agenda of the Superiore, bringing a significant shift for the capital derby.
Partizani–Tirana will be played on Sunday, 11 October, at 18:30, at the “Air Albania” stadium.
The clash between the two capital sides was initially scheduled for 9 October, but the FSHF has decided to move it two days later.
On the same day and at the same time, the Vllaznia–Dinamo encounter will also be played, making two of the week’s most important fixtures run in parallel.
There is also a change for the Teuta–Skënderbeu match, which was scheduled for 11 October. That fixture has been moved to 10 October, 18:30.
Meanwhile, Elbasani–Vora remains on 10 October at 18:30, while Laçi–Egnatia will be played on 11 October at 13:30.
The new week-6 agenda:
10 October, 18:30: Vllaznia–Dinamo
10 October, 18:30: Elbasani–Vora
10 October, 18:30: Teuta–Skënderbeu
11 October, 13:30: Laçi–Egnatia
11 October, 18:30: Partizani–Tirana
The capital derby is expected to be one of the most-watched fixtures of the week, as both teams will seek a positive result after the first five weeks of the championship. Tirana currently have 5 points, while Partizani have 4.
