Gërvalla: We sent the Bureau law to the Prime Minister’s Office

Justice Minister Donika Gërvalla has announced that the draft law on the State Bureau for the Verification and Confiscation of Unjustified Assets has been forwarded to the Prime Minister’s Office.

In a post on Facebook, Gërvalla stressed that institutions will continue with the procedures to bring this initiative to life.

“We sent the Bureau law to the Prime Minister’s Office. There is no other way. The State Bureau for the Verification and Confiscation of Unjustified Assets must and will be realized!” Gërvalla wrote.

She thus reiterated her stance on creating the state mechanism aimed at verifying and confiscating unjustified assets. Source: Telegrafi
