Gjyli: Hyseni’s responsibility is both personal and institutional
Pedagogue Arsejda Gjyli, a guest on journalist Alban Dudushi’s “3D” show, commented on how Prime Minister Edi Rama publicly communicated his stance on the case of former SHISH director Vlora Hyseni.
According to the pedagogue, Rama’s approach is for the matter not to be interpreted as a problem involving the institutional mechanism as a whole, but as an individual case linked to the former SHISH director, Vlora Hyseni.
“The fact that the statement came with a kind of pomp, unlike other times in public communication, and in the way the matter was perceived by public opinion, suggested something different from the others would happen. In practice, it was not an event different from the others.
It conveys the prime minister’s approach to the sensitivity of the event and the distancing of viewing the event as an individual criminal matter or as an element involving the institutional mechanism.
The entire speech revolves around delivering the message that, despite public perception and opinion and what is being cultivated in the media, the matter is individual, concerning the former SHISH director, Vlora Hyseni,” she said.
