Israeli strikes in Gaza City, several wounded, one in critical condition

According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, which cites medical sources, Israeli aircraft bombarded Gaza City, while a drone strike hit a group of people near the Abd al-Rahman school, close to the al-Saroukh junction in the north of the city.

The wounded, some in serious condition, were taken to hospital after the attack.

Today’s attacks are part of a wider wave of Israeli strikes in the Gaza Strip, where since dawn at least eight people have been reported killed, according to correspondents on the ground citing hospital sources.
