Milović: PES must withdraw support for Mandić and vote to dismiss him

Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) secretary general and MP Nikola Milović said on the social network X that the Europe Now (PES) party, if it is truly a pro-European force, should take part in the parliamentary session on the dismissal of Montenegro’s parliament speaker Andrija Mandić and ensure that all its MPs vote for his removal.

The reason for the call is Mandić’s expression of condolences over the death of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić.

Milović stressed that with civilizational and European values there is no room for calculation, adding that otherwise PES would confirm it has become equal to the NSD.

The September 24 session dedicated to Mandić’s dismissal failed for lack of quorum, after the DNP boycotted it, as RTCG reports.
