National team prepares for the 6 October match, there are changes to the squad list

The Albanian national team has returned to the pitch after coming back from Finland, with the red-and-black players holding their latest training session at the House of Football as part of preparations for the next match against San Marino.

The squad was split into two groups, with the players who were not used in Finland holding a full-load session, while the players who started the match did only recovery work and physiotherapy.

The Communication Department at the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF) says there are changes to the national team’s list. Midfielder Feta Fetai and defender Samuele Sina will leave to join the U-21 national team and will be available to coach Alban Bushi for the friendly with Ukraine, which is played tomorrow at 15:30 in Hungary.

Meanwhile, midfielder Luis Hasa has also overcome his health problems and joined the group today, being ready as well for the fourth UEFA Nations League match.

Coach Rolando Maran has also called up goalkeeper Simon Simoni to replace the suspended Etrit Berisha. Simoni joined the red-and-blacks in training today and will be ready for the match with San Marino, which is played on 6 October at 20:45 at the “Air Albania” stadium.

Tickets for the Albania–San Marino match can be found online at ebileta.al or at the physical sales point at the “Air Albania” stadium.
