New moves in government: decisions emerge after Council of Ministers meeting

The Council of Ministers approved on Friday a series of changes in the leadership of institutions and in the composition of the government.

Oltjon Muzaka has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Minister of Health and Social Welfare and appointed Deputy Minister of the Interior.

Changes were also made at the Concessions Treatment Agency. Emiliano Gjika has been relieved of the post of the agency’s head, while Ina Zeqaj has been appointed in his place.

The decisions were approved at the Council of Ministers meeting held on 25 September 2026.
